It also clears any bad bacteria that may be present on the vegetable, and
in fact forces air and water from the plant cells, making it just as healthy, if
not less "diluted"

You learn something new everyday.

I should also have added that if feeding raw veg, make sure you give it a good scrub other, like Maximus pointed out, there could be parasites, chemicals, bacteria etc on the veg. And also always remove any seeds first.

Theres some good advice coming from this thread, cheers julie Smile

Cucumber contains mostly water and air, so its not very healthy.

Today I didnt have anything very fancy. For breakfast, some toast with white cheese and an omelette. For lunch, I had some cooked vegetables with ginger left over from yesterday, so I cooked some ramen and some soy nuggets it looks like dog food, I use it a lot and made a kind of stir fry.

I think maybe Ill make a simple soup now for dinner.

What did you have?

Throwing in a womans opinion here ... but I think women of childbearing age must take the mercury warning seriously.

You guys are free to fish and eat at will.

Bon Apetit.
