Swimbladder wont go away

Hi New member here and i really need some help.

I have a fantail and it has a swim bladder disorder. it has had it a few time in the past but i have cured it with the treatments.

But i now have a probulm as it wont go away this time. i have isolated the fish and treated it with the treatments, i have feed it peas and even on the advice of a book set the temprature higher in the nursery tank. The fish is still feeding but im starting to feel sorry for the thing floating about on his ack. can some one help please
